Dear Patients and Parents
Great News! We are ready to resume patient care soon!
We are working closely with the California Department of Public Health and the CDC to determine when we will be allowed to open our office for non-emergency orthodontic appointments. As of now we are planning to resume routine orthodontic appointments on Monday, May 18, 2020. Final approval by the California Department of Public Health may require us to modify that date.
During our mandated COVID-19 related closure we have reviewed, modified and updated all office systems and procedures. We have added to our already robust protective systems in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. You will immediately notice some of these changes upon your first return visit to our office. Every change was made to provide additional safety for you and our team. We will email you a detailed list of these changes in the near future.
Both of us (virtually) attended the American Association of Orthodontists Annual Session this last weekend. We are following, and exceeding, all the latest COVID-19 recommendations relating to patient and team safety.
Our office has made significant investments in the implementation of products and procedures to protect your health. During this financially trying time we want you to know we are here for you. As a way of thanking you for your support over the years we are NOT imposing any additional charges for these additional measures we are taking to safeguard your health.
It is our privilege to be providing you with the safest orthodontic care possible. Please feel free to contact our office if you would like additional information at this time.
We are so excited to see you again soon!!
